February 1st: Pour Over Class
Join us on Saturday February 1st, 2025, from 1pm to 3PM for a hands-on pour-over workshop led by Greg Marxen, Lost Coffee’s trainer, service technician, and brewing recipe manager. Pour-overs can be tricky with so many variables to consider, but this class will help you master the essentials. We’ll cover coffee origins, grind size, brew ratios, and recipe development.
