March 8th: Pour Over Class

Join us on Saturday March 8th, 2025, from 1pm to 3PM for a hands-on pour-over workshop led by Greg Marxen, Lost Coffee’s trainer, service technician, and brewing recipe manager. Pour-overs can be tricky with so many variables to consider, but this class will help you master the essentials. We’ll cover coffee origins, grind size, brew ratios, and recipe development. Each participant will brew four pour-overs, focusing on these key factors. All skill levels are welcome!
