About The Coffee:
Finca Samaria is a family owned farm in the foot hills of Belén de Umbría. Here they produce washed, natural and honey processed coffees. Fermentation manager Carol Zuleta has been overseeing this small lot coffee prepared in a double fermentation that she calls a yellow honey process. We're proud to partner with our friends at Samaria and present this deliciously sweet coffee.
