The Story behind the Coffee:
Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Upper Waghi Valley, this region is rich with a black volcanic loamy soil and a climate favorable for growing quality coffee.
Farmers from Ambra, Kelewa and Wurup bring their coffee cherries to be processed at the Kuta Kofi Mill. Coffee is washed 3 times and then brought to large sun-drying fields. Once dry the results yield a coffee with notes of mango, black tea, chocolate, pineapple and cranberry.
